Private, two story corner Villa with a range of Island Views!

Private villa located on the golf course at Mauna Lani Resort, surrounded around the Kohala Coast with all the joys of paradise, relaxation and fine dining. The villa is two stories, on the corner with privacy and a great view of Mauna Kea and a perfect view of the golf course right on the bottom floor lanai. 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and living area. Smart TV's in the bedrooms with Wi Fi, Full computer and printer and have fun playing with a Tornado T-3000 foosball table in the upstairs loft! His and Hers cruiser bikes in the garage for exploring the property and nearby cart trail vacation in Hawaii. Mauna Lani Private Beach access pass is included, villa is located close the private beach. Each bedroom have king beds, all new with new linens. The villa is located at the end of one side of the complex allowing privacy and great views of the beautiful Island. Back yard is great, spacious and next to the golf course. Don’t forget the bbq for great dinners!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is inviting comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared several meals there. The spice cabinet is well stocked but you will need most everything else. Highly recommended to stay here

We had an amazing stay. We had other family with us who stayed in the same complex and this unit was by far the best unit out of all of them. Well equiped, comfortable and great lay out. Hope to come back soon!

We always enjoy our stays on the Big Island and especially like this location. We appreciate the three bedrooms and baths. The units are well supplied with kitchen items. There are a few things that gave me concern: 1. I chose the unit because I recognized the furniture and thoroughly wanted that same one,N5. Instead we were assigned C5. 2. The televisions would only play local stations although there was some streaming available. When the property manager was informed on the day after we arrived, Tuesday, she made excuses until she fixed the problem on Saturday. 3. The unit was not very clean and the property manager was informed of this but made no apologies or explanation. 4. Although we were told to clean out the refrigerator, wash sheets and only leave two loads of wash, the refrigerator held many of the previous tenants’ groceries.

The property was clean and had a great Hawaiian vibe. It's just a short walk to the pool and the trash center was very close by which was convenient. The A/C unit was powerful and cooled the house down almost immediately. The lanai was wonderful and relaxing with foliage providing privacy and shade. The host was responsive and helpful with the only phone call we needed to make. The garage contained a great variety of beach toys and sporting gear. One huge bonus was the dedicated two parking spots...fantastic. A pack n play was also available for our baby. Only slight negatives were the short supply of paper towels and toilet paper for a 11 day stay. Other than that, the house was great. We would certainly stay there again.

Loved our place here. They were so accommodating for us. The place was super clean and quiet. It is on the end of the units so basically no neighbors. Possible the best location. Would stay again here.

We stayed for two weeks. The beds were very comfortable and the ice maker was able to keep up with the six of us. We’ve stayed in the complex before and love it. The gym and pool area are great and access to the private beach is even better.

The fabulous home (C-5) was immaculate and just as described in its photos. As it is a corner unit, we had wonderful views and a cool breeze. We could see both Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa at the same time. Beach access was a big plus for us. We will definitely return to this unit. The property manager, Amy, was very helpful and sent arrival instructions and follow-ups quickly. We were very impressed by her pleasant manner and determination to make our stay a perfect one.

Our second trip to this complex. Thus unit had 270* views of the island. Could see the observatories on Mauna Kea one clear morning. Great location, wonderful views and access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club provides fantastic snorkling. We grilled fresh fish and steaks nightly and enjoyed Kona Coffee each morning. Looking forward to our next visit! Amy was great!

It was great place, nice view of the mountains from the rooms. Lanai is spacious, we enjoyed eating outside . The 2 parking spots were helpful. Foosball gives an added fun activity. Beachgear very adequate. Fitness centers and the pool close by. Amy, the manager , has been exceptionally helpful, replies to questions very promptly. I really do not hesitate to select this property again when back to Kona

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the golf course and mountains from the lanai. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having the grill and dining set on the lanai for dinners. The kitchen had adequate dinnerware. There was a good variety of spices and condiments. The kitchen had both a keurig and drip coffee maker with a starter set of keurig kcups. There is a grocery store nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The pool is an easy walk and looked nice, but we didn’t use as we prefer a beach. There was beach equipment in the garage which we did use - these are used and some items were in better condition than others. The beach chairs worked fine, but the strap to hold them together is broken so need to tie with towel or string to wear as backpack when bringing out to beach or carry it from side. There were 4 or 5 chairs, umbrellas, some boogie boards, snorkel gear, 2 bikes…

The villa was wonderful and perfect for the three of us! The location is ideal. It is an end unit so lots of privacy with fantastic views of the golf course and mountains. Very spacious bedrooms and baths. Big kitchen amply stocked. Living room and dining areas are large to allow everyone to spread out comfortably. The outdoor lanai is huge with dining and lounging area. Beds were super comfortable and lots of extra linens and pillows.. Big supply of bath and beach towels. Two bicycles, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment available for use. Accessed the private beach and pool which was very convenient. Amy was responsive to questions and made check in very easy. Overall, the villa exceeded our expectations!

The property is a very nice property with an excellent location. But there are problems. First, the quality of the beds is below average. They all have the slump in the middle so when you lie in the bed, your head and feet are above your behind. The master suite bed, in particular, is uncomfortable due to this "taco" effect. Second, there are six beach chairs, as advertised, in the garage. One of the chairs is broken. Two of the others are the base model with no cup holders and no ability to recline. We wound up renting beach chairs for our week, as the beach chairs in the condo were not usable. Third, the check out procedure will take up more time than you are probably expecting. The property rules require all dishes to be washed and not left in the dishwasher. This rule means you need to start washing all of the dishes early to make the required checkout time. Similarly, all beds must be stripped, but only two loads of wash can be left undone. Thus, you have to start washing bed linen and towels early, again to make the checkout time of 10:30. So plan on getting up early on check out day to meet the house rules. The property is an excellent one, and with a bit of minor upgrades and revisions, it would have been five stars in our rating.

Our family of four could not have asked for a more perfect accommodation. The condo was just lovely - clean, spacious, beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The grounds were equally as stunning and we were fascinated by the old lava flow areas interspersed with brightly colored hibiscus flowers. The three bedrooms with separate baths were a plus as we were traveling with adult children. Having said that, we certainly could have fit more people and would not have been overcrowded. Everything was close by, from grocery stores to the beaches. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay. We would love to return some day!
