"Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. "The staff were lovely. Loved the common areas with little nooks and crannies all around to chill out. Pool was a lovely temp and big enough to swim laps. Only problem was food. Nothing was open anywhere nearby, which wouldn't have been a problem if they had any food. "The owner provided 1/2hrs early check in and usage of laundry without any charge. Check in and check out process also can be done seamlessly. I will stay there again."
