Amazing room, good location. Air conditioner was a bit loud, but I mentioned it to them and they said they would have it looked at. Stayed at 5 hotels in Japan, this one had the biggest rooms and was great for a family. It was our last day in Japan and we actually all got to stay in one room vs two and we were comfortable.

Great hotel that is convenient, quiet and leans into Japanese design. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, if a little bit small. The bathroom, on the other hand, was very large but could use an update. There are lots of amenities (lounge, coffee machines, massage chairs, laundry) however the gym is very small and the machines were out of service. Overall a wonderful hotel but could use a few touch ups!
