"This is a very well situated hotel, near most everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of continental and local food. "The staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are clean. The road the hotel located in is small so big vehicles cannot go in easily. It’s a busy road with locals. There are some restaurants available close by. There are no parking with the hotel Overall I would give it 7/10 just because of the location. "

"We had a fast check-in and the reception staff were really helpful. The bedroom, club room, was big and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative point was the size of the bathroom, a bit small. But all the amenities were provided. The staff and the food were excellent and made up for the poor location of the hotel. It was impossible to go out walking anywhere and you needed a taxi to get around."

"we felt shortchanged as it was an online booking thru your portal...we were allocated a room in the "Annex" which appears to be old and poorly maintained. though the rate charged was 6k per night, it was more like a bare bone small room. the bathroom was tiny, with minimal toiletries, flush was leaking, water from the shower area came out, service was really slow and needed reminders"

"The room was extremely small but i stayed because of hotel staff Yuvuraj's hospitality and helpfulness as when my son was unwell due to food poisoning eating from Bukari Biryani, hotel staff Yuvuraj helped very much to bring us to the doctor and patiently waited with us for nearly 3 hours until treatment finished and brought us back. Its wss a big comfort. I will recommend anyone to go to this hotel because of the staff Yuvuraj. Thanks very much again Yuvuraj. Appreciated much."
