Nuestra unidad es espaciosa, con techos altos, luz solar fabulosa y hermosas vistas al océano. Esta unidad elevada del tercer piso ofrece un maravilloso lanai con vista a campos de golf bien cuidados, flores tropicales, formaciones de lava natural y exuberantes palmeras, todo contra un hermoso telón de fondo azul océano.

El condominio es de calidad de resort de cinco estrellas a lo largo de una renovación completa a fines de 2015. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. Los gabinetes de cocina y baño son de arce capuchino con elegantes mostradores de granito. Nuevos pisos de baldosas completan las habitaciones de abajo, lanai y áreas de estar. El loft tiene pisos de vinilo de la más alta calidad. Hay una barbacoa de gas en la terraza, unidades de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (recientemente agregadas en la habitación tipo loft), ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, una cocina totalmente equipada, internet de alta velocidad con acceso WiFi, TV por cable, reproductor de DVD y Centro de entretenimiento con TV adicional en el dormitorio principal. Los huéspedes también deben encontrar toallas de playa por un día en la playa.

Great place to stay

Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park).

This has been one of the best properties I have stayed at! The location was convenient. The place was well furnished and all the things available made it feel like we were home, they made our trip so much better. We had access to beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs and boards. Also the kitchen was outfitted perfectly. We ate most of our meals at the condo, and I felt like I had everything I needed. We I’ll love to stay here again!

Paradise found

This kinda was more than we expected. The location close to shopping centers in peaches was perfect for our stay. The views from the lanai every morning and every night were breathtaking. The owner definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that you have absolutely everything that you could think of that you would need for your stay. Would highly recommend and if we ever get to the big island again would definitely stay here.

Spectacular Ocean Views

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this well appointed condo that has spectacular sunset views over the ocean. The layout of the condo works really well for 3 couples as it has enough communal space for a group but also has the privacy of 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The owner provides everything you might need for an easy vacation. There is all sorts of beach & sports gear, a well equipped kitchen, book & games galore, a good gas grill, in suite laundry, comfortable beds and plenty of quality towels. We enjoyed spending time by the pool & hot tub after playing pickleball in the early morning. There are 3 pools and the closest pool to us was never busy. The location of the condo is an easy walk to restaurants, groceries & coffee shops. Nearby happy hour at the Kona golf course, a stroll to the various markets in the neighborhood or a manta ray tour leaving from the marina are all just minutes away.We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this condo again next year.

Fabulous!

Absolutely fabulously located and appointed condo! Communication with owner was first class, and the condo had everything that could possibly be needed to enhance anyone's stay and loads more besides. We used nearest of the three pools many times, and again, it was perfect. The welcome by the onsite manager, Wayne, was lovely. We also joined in the monthly party and were made very welcome. The proximity to the Keauhou shopping area and restaurants was brilliant too. Looking at dates for a return visit ....

Beautiful view and gorgeous property

The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed the fact that all three couples had their own room and bathroom. The nightly view of the sunset over the ocean was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was terrific. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for a Hawaiian vacation. The only concern all of us had was the list of rules that we had to agree to and sign. It really made us paranoid the entire duration of our stay if we were too loud, or left the AC on too long, or if somebody would report us for wearing our sandals from the lani into the condo. If all these rules were clearly posted in the VRBO listing we would have never selected the property.

Big Island Beauty

We enjoyed this lovely space for 8 days. It was our first time on the Big Island but won’t be our last.This 3-bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The unit was exactly how it was shown on the rental site. We travel quite a bit and this space was the most well equipped of anywhere we have stayed. From spices in the fully stocked kitchen to amenities in the bathrooms , the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We loved the large eating area and relaxing space on the balcony and having a bbq was a big hit with our gang! Thank you so much for making our first visit so enjoyable!

Lovely Condo

The condo is exactly as pictured, spacious, bright and very clean. We greatly appreciated the close (but not so close there will be noise) proximity to the pool and the extra coolers for our daily adventures. And I hate to tell you that if you book a sunset excursion it will be a waste because the sunset views from the patio of this condo can not be beat!

Can't beat the view!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is well-equipped and clean; and you just can't beat the view! Good communication with the owner. The KTA Grocery attached to a shopping center is just a 5 minute walk from the condo. Very handy! .

Retirement Relaxation Retreat!

Michael’s place did not disappoint, it was utterly exactly as pictured, and everything we could want to celebrate milestone birthdays and retirements. From booking through check-out, it was seamless, and Michael was always there to answer any questions prior and during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the lanai was perfect way to end each day watching the amazing sunsets. We BBQ’d, and used the kitchen as it was stocked with all necessities to cook (something usually lacking in VRBO’s) up our meals. The washer/dryer was huge so it was great to have in order not to have to pack so much. There are ample beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, flippers, masks and plenty of towels. All of these are in great shape, and we appreciated having them to take to the beach each day. We also enjoyed the quick walk to our parking spot, which was also adjacent to the pool and tennis courts. We loved playing pickleball in the mornings, followed by quick swim and heading to the beach. Location is perfect for getting both north and south of the island. We definitely expect a return visit with our friends as we all enjoyed our stay in Kona and at Michaels.

Beautiful Abode!

From the moment we entered the property, exquisite ocean views welcomed us. The condo was beautifully appointed and came with every accessory a group could want. Perfect location to head to the volcano, to some of the most pristine beaches, to old town or to stay in to enjoy the property itself. Lovely place, wonderful host!

Beauty on the Big Island

This is a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath condo. The owner was very helpful. The condo itself was an amazing space with a view of the ocean and a golf course. We enjoyed the lanai daily- and the location was central to all things we wanted to do. Exactly as described. I would highly recommend for a family. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful place with beautiful views

Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo. The description was accurate. Was well stocked and had more than expected with beach chairs, boogie boards, some snorkeling gear, plenty of swim towels and shower towels…The whole place was renovated and in great condition. The location was great being so close to a grocery store and being able to see the ocean and sunsets from the deck were such a treat! We were so pleased and would love to come back and stay here. The owner was quick to respond and always very helpful and polite. We were grateful that it all worked out so well!

Christmas vacation

Beautiful location condo was perfect had so much amenities ,spices shampoo, body wash everything you need for the perfect day at the beach. Lots and lots of neat stuff. Close to town just a short walk if that’s your style.

Must stay!

We visited friends on the island for a week. This was an absolute perfect place for our home base. Comfortable, clean and wonderful pool. Close to anything you need from grocery to manta ray adventure. Thanks for everything.

10th wedding anniversary made special

This place was so beautiful and conveniently located to everything we wanted to try. We enjoyed sunsets from the lanai every night! The kitchen was well stocked which we greatly appreciated since we had little kids to feed and didn't have to break the budget eating out every meal. The games and beach gear were amazing additions as well!

Wow Amazing

Beautiful property that is centrally located. Not a lot more that you could ask for--centrally located, very clean, updated and everything you need for a day at the beach-- beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler and even reusable icepacks for the cooler. We loved staying here, it was definitely home away from home. Our family of 5 stayed here for a week! The beds were comfortable and we loved waking up to the view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds in the morning! When we left in the morning we were usually gone until dark, so we did not get the opportunity to use the kitchen or BBQ. The ceiling fans helped to cool the condo in the evening and we loved having the air conditioners in the bedrooms to use at night to keep the bedrooms cooler. The condo basically had all of the same comforts and quality that we are used to back home in Utah. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. The owner was great at communicating and even gave us a list of recommended beaches of which we did try a few! Thank you for letting us use your condo! The Winterton's from West Point Utah

Family Vacation

We booked the condo for our family vacation 02-08 July 2024. We are a family of five to include my wife and 3 daughters. Not only were we having a family vacation, but also celebrating my youngest daughter graduating from high school. The condo was very clean. Michael thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes, seasoning and even some refreshments we enjoyed after our long trip. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, and snorkel equipment for our trips out to the beaches and hikes. There was plenty of linen and beach towels. The check in process was simple and seamless. We received the required access codes well before our travels and was able to enter the condo with no issues. Directions were provided and very easy to understand. The location was excellent. We were within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, beaches, and shave ice, a family favorite! On the property was a pool, tennis courts and a pickle ball court that we enjoyed as a family. Michael was an outstanding host. All the correspondence was professional and fast. He immediately answered all our questions and concerns. Our family was very comfortable, we enjoyed the beauty of the Big Island. The views from the condo were amazing!!
