"깨끗한 시설이 만족스럽스럽습니다. 아쿠아가든 입장료 및 대여 시설의 만족도가 다소 떨어집니다. 그래도 아이들이 즐겁게 보낼 수 있는 시설이었습니다. 조식이 가격에 비해 상당히 품질이 떨어집니다. 조식 및 전반적인 식사는 비추입니다."

"우선 위치가 시내 외곽의 모텔촌에 위치에 있으며 주변이 유흥가로 밀집된 골목에 있어 사진과 완전다른 이름만 호텐인곳이다. 직원들 친절도는 나쁘지않으나 너무 오래되고 잘 관리되지않아 만족도가 낮은 곳이였으며 조식이 제공되었으나 완전 오래된 마른 식빵과 오뚜기 일회용 딸기쨈 그리고 뚜껑이 덮혀있지 않은 유리용기에 담긴 우유 그리고 사발면이 전부라 무료 제공이라도 먹을수 없었다. 주차장도 협소해서 편리하진 않았다 이곳을 총평 하자면 명칭만 호텔이니 너무 기대하진않는게 좋을듯하고 그에 비하면 가격이 저렴한건 아니라 생각한다"
