Bright, beachy condo with gorgeous ocean views

Valley Isle 1207 is a beautifully decorated 1-bathroom studio that offers panoramic ocean views from your private lanai and ceiling fans throughout.. This resort has elevators for easy access. Unit 1207 can accommodate up to 4 guests. Relax in the studio's comfortable living space, which includes a queen-size Murphy bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the convenience of a walk-in shower in the well-lit bathroom. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. The lanai is spacious and equipped with a table and chairs for 4, or travel inside to dine in at the kitchen countertop. Take advantage of this elevated view by sightseeing with the available binoculars within the condo.

While this condo does not have air conditioning, the unit benefits from top-floor ocean breezes on windy days. You can keep the front security screen door and lanai door open and feel safe, letting the natural breezes air the space in traditional Hawaiian style. Recently refreshed in 2023, the condo features light and cheerful colors that create a bright, beachy ambiance. Entertainment options abound with a flat-screen TV, cable, and DVD player. A convenient desk is also available for those needing to catch up on work or planning their island adventures.

Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront condominium situated on Kahana Bay that boasts ocean views from both buildings. This stunning 12-story Hawaiian-style resort offers a beachfront pool, direct beach access, poolside barbeques, and lush gardens. There are 2 elevators available for guest use. The beach width may vary with the tide and season, but Pohaku Beach is a short walk away. Additionally, this condominium is within walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, top beaches, and activities. There are no resort fees.

Spectacular views

This unit is compact but has everything you need for a perfect stay! Kitchen is fully stocked and even provides starter kit of olive oil and seasonings. The condo building is perfectly situated with restaurants and shops close by and within close walking proximity to Kaanapali, which has additional restaurants. The views from the deck are spectacular and it was the perfect place to have morning coffee as well as meals while watching the turtles and many whales. We highly recommend and hope to return again well soon.

Comfortable and just right for the two of us. Close for west Maui excursions and a great launch point to see the rest of the island. Great view off the balcony for sunsets and breakfast coffee. Memorable week.

Amazingly perfect

I was a bit nervous to book because of the fires in the area but was extremely happy to have such an amazing booking . Before or arrival Perfect Stays contacted me with all the check-in in details. Once my son and I arrived on site we were in love with the location and the condo as a whole. Once in to the unit we were made to get right at home with a beautiful welcome package. The suite was beautifully decorated, The suite had an amazing view with the TV station already set to Hawaii music and it completely added to the experience. The condo came equipped with everything you might need for a great family vacation including a beach bag to use, beach chairs,a mini cooler and snorkels with fins. We enjoyed every morning on the balcony having breakfast and watching the sea life pass by. I can honestly say it was perfect for both my son and I with just enough room and we both had our own beds but also enough room to relax and move about. The only thing I will say is laundry in the building does take quarters so make sure if you want to do laundry while there to bring change because it was near impossible to find anyone that gave cash back. (But that has nothing to do with perfect stays) We will most definitely be booking here again and I've already given the information to a few friends for them as well. It's definitely worth every penny.

Maui vacation before our daughter goes to College.

Aloha and Mahalo!! We loved the condo!! We Can’t wait to go back! Everything we needed was provided. First of all, the view we had, was Amazing!!! We are missing our breakfast at the patio every morning, seeing the sea turtles and for the first time whales! The sound of the Ocean , the Beautiful sunsets , our walks by the beach every day. Great view

We normally don’t stay in our room much when we visit! However the weather was horrible! Lots of strong wind and rain. So with that being said, the view is spectacular but the overall experience in the room was average. The sofa was hard and smelled stinky. Could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom toilet was very little low with low water pressure. Very strong urine smell also even after flushing. The kitchen has very basic utensils but has most appliances. Dish soap and sponge wax provided. The room is a studio with a Murphy bed that wasn’t the most comfy but ok. I will say the room was stocked well with linens and towels and the closet had chairs, umbrella and cooler. There are 2 sets of fins 10-12 men’s and 5-7 female and 2 full faced masks. I wouldn’t book again but overall it was ok but definitely not a 5 star.

Maui Whale Watching Trip

The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw lots of whales, turtles and even a seal from our balcony. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! One of the elevators was down and we were on the 12th floor but we didn’t have too much of an issue with it. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Fantastic

We enjoyed our stay. We really loved the view from the lanai and spent a few days at the very nearby beach. We watched sunset every night and were impressed by the nightly conch choir. Would recommend!

Perfect Maui Getaway with a FANTASTIC View!

As a single traveler this location was perfect. The studio was the perfect size for me, spacious but not too large. The kitchen was well appointed, there were plenty of towels, and if you desire even beach toys. The unit was very clean and the communication level of the property management company was perfect. The big draw for me was the lanai and oceanfront view and I was blown away. As a matter of fact, I am typing this review from the lanai this morning before check-out....I don't want to go!!!! There is no AC however I enjoyed the breeze from the Tradewinds and felt very comfortable though the days were warm. I enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. Lastly I will say that the beach and waves are amazing. This is important to me as I hear that some beaches have closed due to erosion. The pool area is a little tucked away from the beach but it is still a decent space. If you don't require a lot of space, this is the perfect property. I have nothing but great things to say, and I plan to return.

Beautiful, Amazing Location

Aloha!! This was an amazing property to stay at! I loved that it was on the very top floor (12th floor) and it had such a great view of the ocean! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the studio was actually larger than it appears in the pictures when I booked it! If/when I return to Maui I would definitely love to stay here again, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

Amazing view!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. Conveniently located to several good restaurants and walking distance to stores. Great beach access and peaceful pool. Kitchen is well appointed. Towels and linens were nice and everything was clean. We would love to stay here again!!

Amazing! The views of the ocean were unbelievable. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We had a wonderful time on our trip and the condo was perfect. The property was clean and everyone was so nice. We get welcomed the moment we stepped in. The views of the ocean were magnificent and exactly what we were looking for. No matter where you stand in the Condo, you can hear and see the ocean. To our surprise, the Murphy bed was quite comfy and the ceiling fan, along with the breeze kept the condo at a great temperature. Without a doubt, we will be back!

We liked 1207 a lot. It was fun to watch the ocean from that far up.

We left the Murphy bed down during our stay. Of course, it's always nice to have the best bed possible, room for improvement there. Also, it would be good to have at least one slim pillow for the bed. We had a number of people smoking from their lanais on floors below us. No clue which rooms or floors. Your team member was at our door at 11:00 as promised. She was very nice. We had been ready to leave the room at 10:45 and had gone down to check twice to see if we could get a luggage cart, to no avail. She offered to go try to find one. When she returned around 11:05 with a cart, we were waiting out in front of our room for her. My phone rang at 11:08, and the woman on the phone announced to me that her staff member had called her to say that we were not out of the room yet. Again, we were standing out of our room on the walkway waiting for the luggage cart when I got that call. It was a very stiff call that didn't feel right, as all of our dealings with your VRBO organization had always been positive.

Very nice place with beautiful ocean view

The condo is located at a nice peaceful location and away from all the hustle. The view from the balcony is simply beautiful. No need to visit any fancy restaurant for ocean view lunch/dinner. The owner are also very helpful and provided all the details well in advance making checking in and out very easy. The only missing thing we felt was washer/dryer inside the condo. We would definitely like to stay here again if we plan to visit Maui in future.

The view is absolutely beautiful

There were all the amenities that you would need to stay, some snorkel gear we used, the boogie board and a small cooler. There is no air-conditioning, but we were able to get enough air to sleep comfortably with a fan that was in the unit, bringing the air in from the patio. The ceiling fan overhead was moved the air over the bed well. We were not in the room during the day, it would’ve been too hot. The location was nice but there is no beach, we had to drive a few miles to get to the beach.
