"room looks clean and large, but cockroaches moving in room!!!! i called front desk, and one came to catch cockroaches, but i still dare not turn off lights and i didn’t sleep well, the most important, next day i went another hotel, i scared of they had cockroaches too, i can’t sleep well either."

"The property is very nice. It’s a busy area but the hotel is a great hub. It was great to have a laundry and the staff was very helpful making change for it. Being able to walk to good restaurants and shopping was nice. Also have a number of good activities nearby was good. I wish the hotel had a nightlight in the bathroom so trips in the night wouldn’t require a big bright light."

"On the water. Great restaurant with ocean views. Very friendly staff. Great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Shuttle service to other beaches in Kona. On the downside, there is no microwave in room. "

"Spent one night on a 2 day excursion to the big island. Difficult to find because we used the address on the GPS but should have used the one on here. (Our directions took us the area NEXT to it but with one ways and fences we couldn’t get TO it). Once we figured it out, we were good. Parking was limited but the front desk helped us find a spot. Hotel was clean. Front desk was helpful. Felt safe. Breakfast was delicious! "

"The property is beautiful. Our condo was comfortable, clean and spacious. The view was spectacular and the pool was the perfect temperature. The staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"We were in is a one-bedroom unit of a large condo complex which appeared to be a mixture of owned and rented units. It is well run but the office is only staffed during the day. There is a communal picnic and pool facilities. Although on the waterfront, it has no ocean swimming or beach. There was a lovely view of the ocean and sunset from our unit. The WiFi was reliable in the bedroom but did not reach throughout the unit. The kitchen equipment and washer/dryer appeared new and worked well....

"Everything was great we got to check in ourselves we came early and they let us check in early. The service when we had a problem was answered fast through the app. The Kona Bali staff was also very pleasant and very diligent. The only thing was the washer and the ac weren’t working and that would have helped a lot, but they had a laundry room for residents that we were able to use but it did cost money.. keep change on hand or use the app they have which totally saved us. The pool and jacuzzi...

"Peaceful and quiet, a great place to unplug and detach from the modern world and all its amenities. The only down side is the outdoor shower. Basically you have to shower early while the sun is still out. We came back late to our cottage and opted to shower in the morning. "

"This place is for the adventurer at heart. If you can’t handle cabin like conditions…interfacing with the wild & the noise displayed by the night critters & beautiful birds singing their hearts away early morning, this is not for you! We even had a gecko that would pop in to have breakfast with us…he loved jelly! The host & staff are very friendly & put out an organic spread for breakfast to start your day. It’s pretty remote out there, but there is an amazing place called the coffee shack a few...
