"I was in Kona on a work trip. The hotels in area were way over the U.S. government’s lodging per diem rate. Kona Bali Kai was a very great and affordable option for me. I will definitely be staying there in the future for work again and for vacation in the future as well."

"We stayed in the building close to the Check-In office and the main pool, it was easy to get in and unpacked with little to do running around, with Keauhou Shopping center right up the road you really didn’t need to drive into town to get the simple stuff. The property is amazing and a sense of privacy with midnight security always on duty and welcoming. I Would definitely stay here again"

"The location was great, close to Kona and beaches as well as grocery and dining. The property was maintained and easy to get around. We didn't get A/C and were ok with windows open the drawback is you do hear a lot of the comings and goings from other units. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This location is centralized. You can walk to Coconut Grove and grab food to eat. Thankfully parking was included which is a hot commodity in Kona now. Glad I chose this location. "

"We arrived after midnight and did not have to check-in. Our host made sure that security knew we would be arriving late. At 1:00am it is nice not to have to wonder where the office is. The accommodation was spotless, highly maintained, and comfortable. The resort is about 30 minutes south of Kona so it feels like a home, not a tourist place. The host responds within minutes. We had a 10pm flight out so we asked if we could check-out late if there wasn't anybody else booked for that day. We were...

"Lauren’s and Nicks place was a perfect stay for us. It is up the mountain and away from any hustle and bustle. However close to many places to eat and beaches. Lauren and Nick were easily available to get a hold of. The place is small and perfect for us two and not having a TV was nice to have a break. If you are looking for a place that is in a peaceful place with lovely host this is a must! "

"The property was beautiful. The decor was gorgeous and very fitting for the location. The special touches for our 40th anniversary was deeply appreciated. We enjoyed the chilled glasses with the Champaign while wearing our leis. The fresh fruit and treats were delicious, especially for our first night. The view was breath taking. "What a pleasure to be able to walk out of the condo and be on the beach and relax. Lots of beach paraphernalia comes with this rental. Very comfortable inside too. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"This property was so close to downtown Kona! Perfect location to go into town or on the main road to explore. Condo was clean and perfect size for my group of 4! There was no AC but they provide you with numerous fans. We opened up the screened in windows and sliding doors for more air and it was perfectly comfortable the whole stay day and night. They also provide beach amenities and a cooler that came in hand! 10/10 would stay again!"

"The property was awesome! I had one small issue with a spider, could happen anywhere! Make sure that the Raid is stocked lol. Location was very nice, close to the coffee shop. Hostess was very helpful. Make sure to take in the view of the pool. Also, a step stool for the microwave would be nice. We are shortl!"

"Laury was super communicative, and their apartment is centrally located (walking distance to the shops around town) with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with beach, kitchen, and entertainment stuff - you name it. All in all, a wonderful stay."
