"Carrie was very welcoming and responsive when we communicated! It was clean, cozy, and was a perfect stay for us! The frogs outside sang all night and it was so relaxing to listen to. The temperature was perfect during our October stay. The days were a perfect temp and the nights cooled down for a very comfortable sleeping temp. We highly recommend this location!"

"This is a beautiful place to stay. Exceptionally clean, well stocked, quiet neighborhood, and a very nice view from the lanai. But beware, there is no a/c. We missed that on the listing and the surprise was not pleasant. But the owner is great and the fans in the house helped us through."

"My wife and I decided to stay over on the Big Island in Kailua Kona for a couple of days prior to meeting up with our "kids" and grandkids in Maui for a week-long stay there. We were looking for something that was simple, affordable, clean, had free parking and close to the waterfront and restaurants. We found all and more at this cozy studio! I especially appreciated it was on the ground level near the parking, which made it very easy to move our luggage from the car to the room and back. ...

"Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. "
