Gracias por visitar mi nueva unidad cerca de la playa. ¡Tengo una cocina completa para probar tus habilidades culinarias y un balcón con vista a la piscina para tu café de la mañana y una copa de vino por la noche! La histórica ciudad de Kona se encuentra a pocos pasos, con restaurantes al aire libre, restaurantes, surfistas, delfines y puestas de sol. ¿Por qué no ver el mundialmente famoso Iron Man Championship en sus puertas?

    The Place: estacionamiento de cortesía, aire acondicionado, Wi-Fi. Las comodidades estándar incluyen secador de pelo, champú, acondicionador, loción y toallas de playa. Previa solicitud, peine, cepillos de dientes (a veces olvidamos). Incluso puede solicitar tablas de surf, equipo de snorkel, raqueta de tenis, silla de playa y refrigerador para sus bebidas.

Great location! Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Very nice unit overlooking the swimming pool. Unit had everything we needed (and fun extras like ice chest, folding beach chairs, snorkeling equipment) for a relaxing stay in Kona.

Apartment was clean, easy check in and communication with host. Parking was convenient with options. Great location for walking access to the entire Bay Area. Also a good location for drivable day trips. Strongly recommend.

Had no issues at all every thing was great, very clean and it couldn't be in a better location on Kona side , when I visit the big island again definitely will stay here

We stayed in this room for three nights during our trip to the Big Island. The best thing about this condo is the location to Ali'i Drive! There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and within perfect walking distance. Also very close to an awesome farmers market with wonderful fresh fruit! Walmart is a very short drive. We did not use the pool but the lanai overlooking the pool area was wonderful to have! The worst thing about this condo was the parking lot. We did not have an issue finding a spot, as we always seemed lucky enough to get one of the last ones, but the spots are very narrow. I would stay here again for location alone! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place!

We only stayed one night so did not have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub but they looked good. Unable to use screen door on the lanai as wouldn’t slide. The wifi/internet seemed intermittent. Connection not always there for the tv. Construction noise on floor above started at around 8:00 am. The bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. No safety concerns. Host was available for a phone call so that was great. Overall it was a good stay.

Beautiful studio in a great location

I really enjoyed my stay here, unfortunately it was only for one night. The location is amazing, and the balcony overlooking the pool is just beautiful!

The place is very comfortable and quite and have everything that we need. I liked hanging out and eating at the porch that is overlooking the pool and lush garden. I will certainly stay at this place again.

The wonderful lady at the front desk was extremely helpful! The complex was clean and quiet and so quaint. The unit itself was very clean easy to access. The parking was very adequate.

We were happy with the location as it was in central Kailua area with easy walks to water & retaurants etc. It was quiet and had a nice hot tub, pool and green areas.

Our stay was beautiful, accommodations were perfect for us! The condo was well stocked with essentials as well! Parking was definitely our only “issue” but as long as you get back early, you’ll be able to find a parking spot! Parking across the road isn’t bad either, traffic is really in that area.

Great Location and Clean

Beautiful grounds with easy access to the main road/shops and restaurants. Very clean and nice updated appliances. The complementary beach equipment was nice, however the beach chairs have oily/rusty water in them.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this property is hard to beat. On site amenities, friendly property staff and well maintained common areas were a few of the highlights. Property manager was easy to communicate with. The condo was as depicted in the online photos. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) were available. I would booked again.

Provides the basics

Overall this is a good place to stay. I gave it 4 stars because the parking was stressful. As stated in previous reviews the parking fills up pretty early. One day we got back at 5 and took the last street parking spot available. Also, we had to ask for beach towels to be provided but it seems like that should be a given. The location is fantastic, lots of restaurants within walking distance and the complex is across the street from the ocean. The property manager was prompt to respond to our requests and delivered beach towels, chairs, and a cooler to us when we asked if they could be provided. The room is basic with just the bare necessities but very clean which is always appreciated.

Easily could have been better

No instruction as to how to use the fan or how to use the TV. Asked property mgr but vague answers. Ice maker did not work, even though property mgr said "of course if works." And no ice on central property. Bed was hard, no luggage racks so had to use floor or put luggage on short sofa. Overpriced for what we got.
