"Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here at Kona Kai. First, and foremost, the host Arllen was amazing. Very quick to respond. What really stood out was his accommodations and willingness to make my trip extra special. I walked in the door to a personalized welcome card, Kona coffee and chocolates (nice start!). The condo is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The view from the entire condo is unmatched. I slept every night with the doors open to the sound of the waves. Beats the sound machine I brought....

"This place was a home away from home. Our rooms was nice and clean it was a little dated but the atmosphere was a vibe. We were greeted so pleasantly and they even gave my a bottle of wine for my birthday. We would definately give this place a 10/10 recommend review. The Big Island was a Vibe all by it's self, we loved this Island. "
