"Everything was great we got to check in ourselves we came early and they let us check in early. The service when we had a problem was answered fast through the app. The Kona Bali staff was also very pleasant and very diligent. The only thing was the washer and the ac weren’t working and that would have helped a lot, but they had a laundry room for residents that we were able to use but it did cost money.. keep change on hand or use the app they have which totally saved us. The pool and jacuzzi...

"We were in is a one-bedroom unit of a large condo complex which appeared to be a mixture of owned and rented units. It is well run but the office is only staffed during the day. There is a communal picnic and pool facilities. Although on the waterfront, it has no ocean swimming or beach. There was a lovely view of the ocean and sunset from our unit. The WiFi was reliable in the bedroom but did not reach throughout the unit. The kitchen equipment and washer/dryer appeared new and worked well....

"This place is amazing!! Everyone was so nice and the view was amazing! We stayed in room 715. 2 bedroom and 2 bath, A/C, and washer and dryer in the condo. We walked to town, but we also had a car to drive around. If you or a family member has food allergies, this is a great place to stay with a full kitchen. The grocery store is only 10 minutes away. "

"We stayed in the building close to the Check-In office and the main pool, it was easy to get in and unpacked with little to do running around, with Keauhou Shopping center right up the road you really didn’t need to drive into town to get the simple stuff. The property is amazing and a sense of privacy with midnight security always on duty and welcoming. I Would definitely stay here again"

"You can't beat the view from the lanai! It's a great location for venturing with plenty of options nearby, or a good base for exploring the entire island. Everything in the unit was clean and worked. The property itself is showing its age and wear. "Quiet relaxing "

"The property was beautiful and the condo was well kept and clean. The pool was seriously a minute walk from the condo. The private beach club access was wonderful and super close. The beach was safe with lifeguards on duty. Also there was a restaurant to order food and restrooms close at hand. The front office was extremely helpful in answering any and all questions that came up and with such a great spirit. We would stay there again!"

"We arrived after midnight and did not have to check-in. Our host made sure that security knew we would be arriving late. At 1:00am it is nice not to have to wonder where the office is. The accommodation was spotless, highly maintained, and comfortable. The resort is about 30 minutes south of Kona so it feels like a home, not a tourist place. The host responds within minutes. "This property was so close to downtown Kona! Perfect location to go into town or on the main road to explore. Condo was clean and perfect size for my group of 4! There was no AC but they provide you with numerous fans. We opened up the screened in windows and sliding doors for more air and it was perfectly comfortable the whole stay day and night. They also provide beach amenities and a cooler that came in hand! 10/10 would stay again!"
