Located in beautiful and fabulous Kaanapali Shores, a AAA, triple diamond rated resort, on world famous Kaanapali Beach. The condo has a plush queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, an LED slim-design HD TV, and free in-room Internet. The kitchen, complete with newer cabinets, full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, granite counters, bathroom cabinetry.

We have made this an unforgettable vacation experience with extra touches added to the awesome views and outstanding resort amenities. It is highly rated for special events like honeymoons or anniversaries.

Stay at a destination resort and enter into in the tropical resort through a beautiful open lobby. Experience the sights, sounds and fragrances of Maui, a waterfall surrounded by flowers, lush foliage and a koi stream. Enjoy the oceanfront main pool, jacuzzi, the garden pool or sunbathing on the beach in a chaise lounge. Relax while dining at the Kaanapali Shores restaurant, conveniently located, just steps from the beach.

Kaanapali Shores offers amenities including a health club, beauty salon, gift shop, outdoor massage, children s programs, onsite DVD rental kiosk, activities desk and concierge services-plus our guests do not pay a resort fee (guests booked through Aston do). Just beyond the resort gates there is a shopping center, with a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants/bars, dive shop, gift shop, and more. Just down the street there is a farmer s market and natural food store--and no trip to Maui is complete without sampling the local farmer s fruit and produce.

Back in your condo, you can enjoy the garden and ocean views from the privacy of your lanai. (Resort parking fee of $9 per day may apply to your stay, subject to change). Per Hawaiian Law, there is no smoking in vacation rentals or on the lanais (balconies). Daily or interim maid service (including daily coffee and shampoo) is NOT included with this rental. There is NO resort fee with this rental but there is an additional fee for parking on site (covered parking is available). Check out time is 11 in the morning on the last date of your stay range.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

Location is awesome

An excellent room in a perfect resort. The view is of the waterfall/garden and very nice pool area from the second floor. Everything is near the room—parking garage, coffee shop, gift shop and the restaurant is very close. The room had everything we needed in the stocked kitchen and water toys. Staff were all very friendly. Great to sit on the balcony and watch the birds in the garden sanctuary with the ocean just a bit farther off. A tad bit of updating in the bathroom would be nice and to make it a more space efficient but really, I would stay in this room every time, given the opportunity.

Condo itself was ok, property and pool was beautiful!

The property was in a nice location near beaches, shopping and restaurants. The pool area, on-site restaurant and beach were beautiful. The condo itself was ok, I didn’t mind that it was a little dated, but the cleanliness was not the best. The bathroom sink had mold around the drain-which wiped off very easily, thick dirt on the light switches, dirty towel under the bed and hair in the small clothes basket in the bathroom. It would be nice if they had a fitted sheet on the bed and some more pans. There is only one frying pan so making breakfast had to be done in stages. Also they don’t provide a kitchen wash cloth and I couldn’t find a stopper for the kitchen sink so washing dishes was a little hard.

Nice place for the price

This was a perfectly nice spot for the price. Location is great in Kaanapali, the kitchen is well stocked and they have beach chairs and a cooler for use. I was a bit disappointed the management company didn’t tell us the Oceanside pool was being renovated until a few weeks before the trip. Additionally there isn’t a fitted sheet on the bed which caused the lowest sheet to constantly come off the mattress pad so you are basically sleeping on the pad- might be worth switching out the bedding as it wasn’t the greatest sleep ever.

Beautiful grounds

Very nice condo in an amazing area. The area has everything you could need… market, clothes store, water sport equipment rental shop, ice cream shop, food trucks. Loved having parking. Great pools that were open late. Enjoyed the deck every morning/night!!!!

Perfect for solo traveler!

I’ve stayed at Ka’anapali Shores many times, and it’s a nice resort. It’s has everything you need, on property. The room was exactly as pictured, and has beach gear in the closet for you to use! It has a nice garden view, and you do catch some decent views of the sunset through the trees! Host was very helpful. I would rent this room again!

Property was very clean. I’d say the only downfall is that there was construction going on, which we were notified before our stay. Also, there are some birds that are extremely loud that start chirping between the hours of 12am and 4am. Makes it a little hard to enjoy sleeping with the windows open.

Kaanapali Shores is Fantastic Maui Resort. The unit had everything we needed and was very convenient to the shops, pool and parking. Lots of Aloha.. Zero complaints.

Great deal!

We stayed in Unit 221 for 9 nights in October 2021. The location is fabulous - right near the parking garage and overlooking a waterfall/near the pool. The adult pool and beach just a short walk. The restaurant on site is great, whether sitting inside or by the pool. The ocean near the condos has large rocks and the water was rough, so we went down the road when we wanted to be in the ocean (google Castaway Cafe the beach there is glorious). The staff were friendly and renting through VRBO saved us so much money!! Definitely recommend!

we really enjoyed our 6days stay in the condo. A beachfront is a top notch exactly how the description in Vrbo. 2 Pool and jacuzzi is outstanding . The beach club food were good and generous with slice of big catch of day in my tacos. Great view on sunset by the pool with Maitai. The beach is not too sandy, hard to swim with rocks under water but water is crystal clear Love the garden , lots of flowers and tropical plants and trees. Overall it’s a five star. Food trucks , the fish market , the stores across the street , slappy cakes and L&L Hawaiian bbq must try. Location, location, location, views,views like a paradise in kanaapali. Such a perfect summer vacation. oopss , guests aren’t following covid protocols ; I see more noncompliance guests without masks . Shall return !!!! Mahalo

First off I only stayed here because it was the inky reasonably priced place left in west Maui. Manager very responsive and nice. Big room. Probably the worst located unit in the building. Located close to pool where tons of kids playing Marco Polo until 10pm becomes part of your experience. Right above entry exit to lobby. I think pillows were nice. Close parking. Stores and Times market across street. Real sandy beach

Beautiful Resort

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your place. The location was excellent, the view amazing and just as depicted in the listing. It was wonderful having a full kitchen and a grocery store across the street. We couldn't get a rental car but the Maui bus stops in front of the Resort and for $4 for an all day pass we got to all sorts of fun places. Can't wait to return.

Kannapali shores was wonderful place to stay and highly recommend it. Loved the pools. Hot tubs flowers and beach Exc lent location and very nice staff. Room had everything as advertised with kitchenette we used to make our meals. Thanks VRBO for great communication and check in check out process.

Location was good.

New to VRBO so was excited to find lower rate but with all the fees it was costly. Not sure I saved a lot without the luxury of housekeeping. it could use better cleaning. . It’s an older resort, dust on the lamps and the clock radio needs replacing. I found the dresser drawers in need of cleaning. I lined them before placing my clothes in. Maybe I was wrong in thinking washer and dryer was in the unit.
