"The check-in process was smooth as a member of staff was on hand to guide us thru the self check-in process and answer any general queries. The room was small as mentioned elsewhere but we expected this and it was perfectly fine for our 1 night stay. The room was clean with all the amenities we needed and the bed very comfy. "Excellent location close to NUS university and theres is an entire block of restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store right around the corner of hotel. Also access to number of buses makes it convenient for public transpiration too. Room was cleaned up well each day too. Bathroom is small with shower head right next to toilet which we weren’t used to but it worked. "
