"An excellent place to stay in Riga whether for work or pleasure. It was centrally located with easy access to m ass transportation and the center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property was in excellent condition. I was pleased with everything."

"Great place, close to everything/in a walking distance. Clean and beds are comfortable + firm (many times beds are too soft) We received good instructions how to use everything/rules of the apartment .The only thing I would say was annoying is the front gate to the yard. The keypad lags and it's difficult to get it to open. We usually went through the gate when someone was coming out. Other than that a great stay"

"all good: the apartment was clean and spacious, communication was smooth and easy via email. I maybe have one small complaint though: the apartment was on the first floor and the stair to reach it was very narrow and steep, very difficult to climb with luggage. "

"This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! "Very hot days when we were there. Some fans had been great in the apartment. The entrance is pretty dark in the night so little hard for elderly people to see the stairs. There is some noise from the street in the night and early mornings. "

"Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc....
