Upon arival the staff didn't even know where our room was. Our room number was not listed on the floor map. After circling 3 times we found it on our own. Room is pretty awful. It smells horrible. we go to wash up & there's no running water. No water in the hotel for hours. Dead bugs in light fixtures ...

Staff from whoever greeted me at the desk coming and going very polite and quick. Facility is clean. My room was ok. Stains on rug. Need an upgrade. Bed ok not very comfortable. Pillows need upgrade. Not downe pillows. Breakfast. “Hot” section sadly not hot and truly not really edible.
