Great location near June Mountain for skiing and plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. If I could give 4.5 stars I would! Tile floors were a little grimy underfoot and the dryer wasn't working so we couldn't dry our ski clothes. Heating system is a little wonky - a bit cold on the ground floor and warmer than necessary upstairs. But overall we will probably stay here again!

The condo is beautifully decorated but there were a few issues that affected our stay. 1) There was no explanation of how to get on WiFi. We had to search it out ourselves! 2) The oven was crazy! The temp didn't match the number on the screen. We had burned food and baking paper almost catching on fire. Very difficult to deal with. 3) The hot water heater wouldn't fill the beautiful tub! Don't put a large tub in if it can't be filled please! Frustrating and unnecessary.

This is our second stay in the Townhome. We love it - it has plenty of space for our multi-generational family. It's comfortable, well appointed and feels like a cabin stay.

Overall very nice property plenty of space and well equipped. Instructions for TV confusing and unable to get cable channels. Knives need to be sharpened. They are very dull. It would be nice to have at least one non-stick pan.

Well-equipped and Modern rental property

The property is located next to the June Lake Loop which is the major road through June Lake. The property is very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils. The master bedroom and the master bathroom are also very equipped with modern and new fixtures. The furniture in the dining room and living room are new and well built.Communication with the property manager is not up to expectation. I called during working hours but there is no one answer the phone. My text message was answered about 8 hours later.

Ski trip to June Lake

We had a great stay at this home. We have stayed at these townhomes before because they are so close to the ski mountain of June Lake. Home was cosy and host was great. Highly recommended!

Great location, lackluster property

We loved the location of this property. June Lake is a gorgeous area and it was a great jumping off point for us to get to the Yosemite high country. The space was generally well-equipped—kitchen had tons of options for pots, pans, knives, appliances, etc. Rooms were spacious. It would have been perfectly comfortable and worthy of a 5-star review if not for some significant issues with the cleanliness of the property. The couches were dirty, the ceiling fans were caked with dust (and it was warm, so we needed them!), there were stains on the spare pillows in the master bedroom, and the garbage disposal smelled foul. We also had an issue with a minor gas leak coming from the dryer valve, which was old and overdue for replacement. The property management folks were easy to reach and did promptly address the gas issue. They received our feedback about the cleanliness and stated it would be remedied for the next guest. Not a satisfying response for us, but hopefully they will follow through!

We had a great time at this condo. The kitchen was so well stocked with all of the necessary cooking essentials. We enjoyed cooking meals together here. The deck is nice too and has a barbecue.

A June Lake treasure

This was a great place to relax after a long day hiking in Yosemite. The beds are super comfortable and the house had everything we needed plus fireplaces and a Jacuzzi. We loved seeing the morning light on the mountaintop and the beautiful aspens. It really made our vacation extra special!

This property is located on June lake loop and has everything you need for cooking and grilling and all the comforts of home. We were four but plenty of space for six. Two decks with views of mountains and waterfalls. Between Gull and Silver Lakes, great fishing areas. We were four adults — two nature and bird watchers and two jeepers, nature watchers and fishers. A half hour from Yosemite, Mammoth and close to Mono Lake, Lee Vining , etc.

Large condo in beautiful mountain area

Large well stocked condo in the mountains. It was a very comfortable unit and the decor so pleasant. It was a great treat to have not only one but two fireplaces and just flip a switch to enjoy. Having a garage is a nice plus. The scenery is beyond gorgeous. We started at the west entrance of Yosemite for a day and planned to take Tioga Road across to Lee Vining but it was still closed due to snow. It was a 4 hour trip to go around but worth it for the views you see. Grocery availability is limited in the area so would advise stocking up before you get there. We had a terrific time and communication with the management company was excellent-thank you!

Had it had not been for our horrible checking experience, this would have easily received a 5 star rating. We arrived at 4pm for check in as advised, upon arrival the property was a mess, it had not been cleaned nor had it been prepared for our stay. Restrooms were a mess as well as the rooms. We were all exhausted from a long drive and all we wanted to do was rest and enjoy our stay. I quickly contacted the provided number to make them aware of this. They responded and sent a cleaning crew to clean the entire house. We had no other choice but to continue waiting in our car. Finally late into the night I was ready for us to finally enjoy. Aside from that the property is modern and spacious just wish we would have had a better experience

Wonderful location. Close to the mountain and the Double Eagle. We were very pleased with the townhome. Beautiful view, clean and well appointed. Very accessible management team. No complaints. Everyone agreed they’d like to return to this great property.

Great townhome!

We love this place. It is spacious & comfortable, with great amenities. Also excellent communication with the property manager - extremely prompt in responding and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be staying here again. It was perfect for our family getaway over the holidays.
