Mt. Joseph Lodge in Downtown Joseph: Unit #7

  • This 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit has absolutely stunning views of the Wallowa Mountains! Situated on the south side of the lodge, this upper-level unit has vaulted wood beam ceilings and grand windows which allow for great natural light and views. It has a spacious kitchen with hickory cabinets, granite counters and equipped with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is highly-functional with a dishwasher, microwave, gas range, coffee pot and full-sized refrigerator and comes stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Basic condiments, spices, and coffee are provided. The kitchen is open to the living area and has a breakfast bar with with stools for extra seating. Tile floors create a seemless flow. The living room has a flat-screen t.v. with Dish TV. Next to the living area is the dining nook which has windows on two sides and an original chandelier to define the space. Enjoy a cup of coffee and soak up the sun and views from this elevated seating area. This unit has two bedrooms which both have a king bed. Each bedroom has vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light, a small chest of drawers, and a closet with extra linens and pillows. The bathroom is easily accessible in a common area within the unit. It has a tiled walk-in shower and vanity stocked with basic soaps, a hair dryer and towels. An added plus is the unit has fantastic water pressure and instant hot water. Finally, there is wireless internet and zonal Cadet wall heaters in each of the rooms so you can customize the temperature throughout.

I love this little cabin. It was perfect sized for 3 adults and 1 kid. Very quiet and the deer where just outside of our door. We will be back.

Perfect Location

Really pretty lodge with very well kept, peaceful grounds located right in the middle of town, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Joseph. Very impressed with how seamless the process was and how clean the unit was. :)

Comfortable place, Fantastic location

The property is clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and has lovely view of the Wallowa mountains. Walkable to the adorable shops and restaurants in Joseph, OR, and just a 5 min drive to Wallowa Lake - hard to choose a better location. We loved our stay immensely - highly recommend.

This is a great rental for a small family or two couples looking for outdoor adventures, or a quiet getaway with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Unit is clean and convenient to use. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, setting and condo.

We were blown away at the mountain views out the windows! Couldn't have stayed anywhere nicer. Beautiful lodge like condo in the trees and new inside. Everything was very nice, leather sofa, king size beds and warm cozy feel as we enjoyed the snowy mountains.

Clean and conveniently located

We were traveling with two small children and this property with two rooms was the way to go. One room has blackout curtains which comes in very handy with sleeping children. Very comfortable and quiet while conveniently located downtown so everything in within walking distance.

very nice!

We stayed for a week as this was our first trip to the Wallowa's. This is a clean and high quality rental. Liz was very responsive and the location places just about everything in Joseph within walking distance. If you are looking for a place to stay in Joseph this is an excellent choice.

New condo units remodeled from former Art Gallery. High quality materials, nice grounds, very well furnished and equipped. One and two bedroom units, full kitchens. Local managers are available for assistance and questions. Walking distance to shops and mid town. Lovely view of Wallowa Mountains.

Truly amazing!

Property is beautiful and the lodge is absolutely amazing. We had a family wedding here in Joseph and made the other visitors jealous of our stay in the center of town walking distance from everything. Liz is amazing and went above and beyond to make our family comfortable during our stay.

Lovely place with all the comforts of home

We loved the clean, contemporary + American West decor; the big windows overlooking the landscaped garden; the new Weber gas grills and outdoor dining areas; and the sound of the rushing stream at the back of the property. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with a excellent gas stove and stainless steel dishwasher and fridge. (The only thing missing is a cutting board!) The location on Joseph's Main St is walking distance to everything, including a grocery store, but quiet because the town is small and unspoiled. The north beach of Wallowa Lake is a 5-minute drive away. It would have been nice to have a few more bath towels and wash cloths for our party of three. And we wish the various add-ons to the nightly rental weren't so high. We'll happily come back as our pocketbooks allow.

Perfect place to stay in Joseph

This place was fabulous! We were the first to stay in this brand new condo. It very comfortably fit our family of 5. The location was ideal right on Main Street, close walking distance to all restaurants and the grocery store. It's a quick drive to Wallowa Lake. It has views of the mountains out the windows and a charming park and creek out back that we loved listening to at night while going to sleep. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo!
