"Elevators constantly not working over and over "

"It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you."

"I booked my reservation through Expedia. And I chose book now, pay at property. The day of my check in the hotel tried to run my card information without my knowledge and consent. I made 3 reservations for myself and other in my party, and they tried to run my card for all 3 before we had even checked in. And because the payment would not go through they cancelled the reservation. When I got to the hotel, the staff member said it was their policy to run a card to see if payment would go process....

"Breakfast was decent. Elevators a little slow. WiFi movies could have been better. Front desk service was friendly. Location was good. Hallway smelled a little stale but otherwise budget friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable."

Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. "We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite and were impressed by how spacious it was. The hotel is relatively new, and everything—from the room to the common areas—felt clean and well-maintained. That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms. "Clean and nice"

"Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades."

"Easily one of the most genuinely charming and historic hotels that I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot. The rooms were huge, the ceilings high, and the mattresses newly replaced (the old ones were behind the building in an alley, waiting to be disposed). They were so comfortable we actually stripped the bed in our room to find out the make. Also, the people at the desk were very friendly and seemed to take a lot of pride in their property. "
