"The room was spectacular. The beds were comfy and the overall room experience met expectations. Given we booked through Expedia it appears we were put in class where selection of rooms were not an option thus looking over the parking lot. Despite location it was a great room. Pool was adequate and served what we needed. Staff were very friendly. I was recommend to others. "

"The staff really tried hard and were very polite but I think there were back of house staffing issues that put them in a bad spot. That’s the only reason I rates it lower on service. There were a lot of people waiting on rooms well past check-in time. I booked a double queen room and it still wasn’t ready at almost seven and we had children to get to bed so I took the only option I was given and had my whole family in one bed. "The staff was very polite and nice. The room did not make me feel safe. The door jam was broken and screwed together which did not allow the door to close securely. There was dried vomit on the carpet, hair in the tub, and a towel that was supposed to be white, but wasn’t. "

"We stayed at this hotel multiple times within a 10-day period due to a family emergency, and out of all the hotels we tried in Auburn, this was by far our favorite. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and we really appreciated having both a desk and a couch in the room. The breakfast options were great, and the lobby has comfortable seating and tables that make it easy to work outside of the room if needed. "The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment."

"The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it."
