Welcome to your country get away. This 1 bedroom Little Blue Farmhouse is perfectly located just 1 mile off exit 82 on RT 77 in Jonesville, NC. We have a great variety of restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking, kayaking and antique shopping. So whether you're here to visit or just passing through for the night, you can enjoy a quiet, clean and comfortable night here. (This is a one bedroom with a Queen bed and a Full size pull out sofa also available in the living room if an extra bed is needed.)

Please let us know if you will need the sofa bed made up for your stay we do not keep linens on the sofa bed so they always be fresh for our guests.

This home is listed without A/C due to it struggles to keep cool in high temps. There is a floor model a/c unit located in the living room and the home has ceiling fans.

The oven on the stove does not work. We do have a toaster oven, microwave and air fryer at the farmhouse for use.

We do not allow any parties or gatherings at this property.

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home at any time.

We are dog friendly but No Cats. Dogs must be added to your reservation. There is a 50.00 pet fee.
No Pets are to be left alone in the home at anytime.

We do not allow stays longer than 14 days.

There are 2 EV charging stations nearby our home. 1736 NC Hwy 67 at the BP station, and 1503 NC Hwy 67 at the Jonesville Town Hall. There is no vehicle charging to be done at our home.
