I like that there's parking on site, although that parking garage is a challenge with a big truck, but it can be done."

"Our room was not ready and they told us we not get the room we reserved (two queen beds) and that the could give us a king. We had 4 people on our reservation. And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding. He also told me the over sold the hotel and were fully booked. I had made the...
