"Check in was smooth and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were there for a wedding. Everything was perfect, staff, cleanliness, amenities. The only con was the cell service on property. We were informed we needed to connect to the WiFi. That fixed the problem, but it was spotty in some areas. We would definitely stay there again. "

"I arrived promptly at 4 PM, about an hour after check-in began, and I’m glad I did—it took nearly an hour to complete the process. The delay wasn’t due to the hotel itself but rather an issue with Sun River, the third-party company Expedia uses. "The stay was fine but the elevator did not work in the morning at 6:45. I was on the fourth floor. Glad I’m healthy. I walked down the stairs with my belongings to breakfast. One of the staff members unlocked the staff bathroom so I could brush my teeth before I left and instead of trekking up four flights. Apparently, the elevator needed to be reset. "
