"Everything was wonderful about this property but a couple of small things ,they don't have daily room service and the room we stayed in only had a small trash receptacle in the bathroom another trash can would help;also maybe orange juice or apple juice would be beneficial for Breakfast other than that awesome place."

"The thing that stood up most was the friendly staff They exceeded all expectations. Arranged for a shuttle to the airport, long-term parking in their lot, and a shuttle pick up late at night. All for no charge on shuttle and minor charge for parking. Room was large and comfortable, TVs were sensational. Will be back. Recommend highly for you readers."

"We had a wonderful little getaway to the mountains at The Lodge at Flat Rock. The thoughtful extras made our stay feel so special, from the note and chocolates left on our bed to the complimentary snack and drink basket left in the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was excellent—especially the fresh fruit—and the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. "Our room was great. Shower was great. My only negative was the coffee creamer in my room was spoiled and chunky. The refrigerator occasionally made noise but it wasn't awful. The staff was great."
