Wonderful temporary home. Comfortable warm feel and is located on a street with direct access to Johnson City. In less than 10 minutes you can get to ETSU, Johnson City Medical Center, Downtown JC, Milligan College, or Elizabethton, as well as easy on and off from I-26.
1 Queen, Bunk beds with 1 Full/1 Twin, and 1 Twin size futon.
No access to garage.

Nope, nope, nope

Location: Across from a gas station and ATM on a busy road. Upon arrival the back bedroom window was opened. The other windows were unlocked throughout- I was concerned for our safety. I added blankets over windows for privacy. The house was dirty and the bedroom furniture was rickety. I bought cleaning wipes to wipe layers of dust off of the bedroom furniture. The bedding was mismatched, dated, cheap, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The couches were filthy. The “futon” double bed in the 3rd bedroom was a college dorm sized lay down couch that is so worn and lumpy that it isn’t even remotely sleep-able. The kitchen wasn’t stocked and the paper and starter products were not provided although they were listed, neither was there a Kcup maker although I really thought that it was also listed. The drip coffee pot was dirty enough to need a thorough cleaning to the inside and to the pot. Honestly, I could go on and on with my disappointment. On the plus side- the WiFi was reliable, easy to access, and the TVs worked fine. There were some games and puzzles for the kids/family. The dining furniture was sturdy and would have been good to eat at if I could have cooked a meal. Overall, we stayed because it was the only available listing during ETSU Family weekend post Helene that set. I trusted the reviews stating it was “clean” despite my hesitation. I made a mistake and should have increased my budget. I would never choose to stay at this rental again.

Cozy home

We really enjoyed the convenience to Milligan where our daughter was! The home was cozy, with a very workable kitchen and living space! Adam was very responsive when we reached out with any questions! We will definitely be back! From the listing, the one bedroom has a picture with 2 twin bunkbeds listed, but there is only 1 bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) so that was the only listing confusion that we had. Overall, it was a great couple of days as a family in this little home!

Too Short trip

4 day trip to visit daughter wanted something cozy clean and safe. We found perfect little house with everything needed. Honestly it felt like home to us and was great location. Plenty of room with comfy couch and beds. We will come back !!

Cozy, homie lil country house

We loved this place! We didn’t get to spend much time here as we came for Country Thunder but it was so nice coming back to a cozy, comfy, quaint & CLEAN place to lay our heads. The owners provided plenty of towels, kitchen needs, games, bedding/pillows & fans. Check-in was so easy, we have no complaints, we had an amazing weekend.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint, little house. Recently remodeled and clean. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Traffic is a little noisy but we highly recommend. Adam was most prompt and helpful with a few questions we had. No issues with the house.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The property was incredible! Great location close to town, clean, and comfortable. Communication was great and the amenities were wonderful. We loved the stay and would visit this property again in a heartbeat.
