"This hotel is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. The only issue I experienced was that the breakfast wasn't very good. However, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel."

"Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never. "

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great...

"Great Experience. Excellent and clean property. Came for a Clup World Cup Soccer game. TQL Stadium is an excellent soccer venue! The USAF Aviation Museum is amazing (1 Hour away). Saw Churchill Downs, too, in Louisville, Kentucky. Even a dinner on the river in Indiana. Beautiful stay!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful; easy parking and close to sights we wanted to visit. The room was large, clean and lovely in spite of a direct view of the FBI offices :-) . The only improvements I'd suggest are to heat the swimming pool and to keep the bar open nightly (not just Monday - Thursday) as the hotel was full throughout the weekend and for tired tourists who don't feel like heading out in the evening, the cafe would be a nice relaxation space. "
