"The staff was NOT helpful at all. They also do NOT have security at parking lot. We had a rental car and parked right in front on entrance. When we got up the next morning the window had been broken with nothing left in car when asked staff for cameras all we were told was " it's just not safe to park here" no cameras to show us. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. Dont let the nice pix fool you it looks nice it'a not. They also charge extra to clean room."

"On weekends, their bar is closed. People were smoking a joint on the patio. The room reminded me of the 90s. To top it off, the henge on the bathroom door was loose, causing the door to not fully close at all. Staff were friendly though, but feel the rooms could use a renovation. "

"This place was one of the best place I stayed in the United States, that I was so frustrated I had delays cancellation and I had to stay one day extra and I stay in this hotel and it was the best. They were very kind. I appreciate all the kindness that they share with me and my daughter and mom."

"Room smelled and had rust in the bathtub. Young lady at the front desk was very helpful, moved me quickly to another room. However, that rooms furniture had not been cleaned or wiped off and couldn’t adjust thermostat to heat(very cold during a cold and rainy week. Getting omelette was slow one person working station. Bacon was scarce and bread and muffin options were few. Bar staff (John) very pleasant and helpful went out of his way to make everyone happy"

"This hotel was an absolute dump. I only booked it because the location I reserved for my parents years ago in another state was wonderful. This location was run down and horribly maintained. The only highlight was the staff, who cheerfully cared for us and made the visit slightly tolerable. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again, though!"

"Older hotel that needs a lot of renovation. Room was not clean. Lights didn’t work. Door jammed easily. Price is lower than average for one night near Philly airport but not worth even the lower price."

"Expedia will tell you that there is an airport shuttle. When you try to request the Shuttle, the hotel will tell you that they have not offered it for six months and they will in no way assist you. Then they will be rather rude and make you feel like they are going to stalk you during your stay if you complain."
