The beachfront access was a great bonus, and the restaurants served good food throughout our stay. My only complaint is that the booking website was not very clear or upfront about the additional $25 daily charge. "I was disappointed as I was looking for a resort experience but was underwhelmed. Our first night we were excited to eat at the onsight restaurant. No joke, everthing I tried to order was "not available." 6 tries in and i chose a ceasar salad that was mediocre. There was no pool side drinks unless you walked over to the bar. The bar primarily had tequila. The waterfall bar was never open. The hot tub was so strongly chlorinated that we couldn't stay in long. There were people playing their own...

"The staff at the front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating but the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. There were two laundry rooms in my building and BOTH were out of service. We had to walk two buildings over. We had the give view suite so we had a lotWe stayed 4 nights and the suite with kitchen. The first few nights seemed fine but we saw small roaches the 3rd night - but they did send someone to spray immediately. What saved the entire trip was the amazing view and literally...

"This place is amazing. When you step foot in the front door you are welcomed by the desk employee. She explains all they have to offer and how to get to your room. The room is spacious and so clean. The pool is clean and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious! Definitely would recommend this hotel!"
