"This property was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly we were given the wrong key to our room twice which meant we had to come down from the top floor with the worst and slowest lifts I have ever travelled in. The rooms are very small and bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I had to sleep on the sofa which we found more comfortable to sleep in. The hot water in the shower was only Luke warm and shower recess very small."

"It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...
