"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."

"Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap. "

"The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located to all the shopping areas in khar and santacruz. Also lots of good restaurants in Bandra or khar are just 5 to 10 mts away. The breakfast in the hotel is good and so is staff."

"The room was filthy. The bathroom and bathtub and shower curtain were so dirty that they changed my room. The pillows were stained. No mattress pad on the bed. Horrible experience."

"No clear check out time, customers were checking out as they pleased (i.g. 11 am, 11.30am, 11.45am, 12am) and whoever had booked the rooms, they would give them the room after someone checked out so it took them from 5 mins - 50 mins to prepare the room. saw them give a walk-in customer a room before me even though I had arrived earlier at the room.
