"The reason I visited Bali because of weather and sandy beaches, unfortunately the beaches were 25 minutes drive from my hotel which I was not aware of. They put information one minute from the hotel which was misleading information . I was really angry and it was surprising.My advice will be to everyone check out all the informations before visiting. Otherwise Balis people are very friendly and helpful."

"The room is perfect for what you need. I found this to be great for my purpose. I booked this hotel last minute as the previous one I had booked was horrendous and I needed somewhere else to go ASAP. The price was amazing for what I got here. The pool and amenities are awesome. The staff are super helpful and lovely. I spent a lot of time by the pool would definitely stay here again. Location is nine minutes from the airport, which is great if you need an in-between spot to relax and re-gather...

"Bedroom we had booked it a day before we arrived as we were arriving at 1am so our room would be clean and ready. So when we got into the room all we wanted to do was sleep. The bed was as hard as a rock and when we went into the bathroom the toilet had been leaking water all over the floor and it smelled really bad. So in the morning we asked to see the manager and spoke to her. She said she was so sorry we will move you to another room which she did. The room was lovely and the bed was nice....

"The stay was amazing for the 2 weeks we were there. The rooms were kept in tip top conditions and the bar and kitchen was filled with amazing food and drinks There was only 2 instances where our food order was forgotten and ended up taking an extra hour longer and the massage mysteriously lost our booking. Overall, as a stay near the beaches and next to all the shopping centres its a treat."

"The shower was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. I witnessed two of the cleaning staff, just wipe one part of the shower glass as their daily routine for the shower. There was limescale, black mold and mildew on and between the shower tiles, by the shower faucet as well. In the corner that connects the glass partition, was horrible with mold on the silicon. When I asked if they can clean it, one of the cleaners tried to wipe it with a cloth and the other tried, not very well,...

"I stayed at the Royal Regantris for four days at the end of May and it was a good stay. It is in an older section of Kuta, so the surroundings aren't scenic but it has its charm. The room I stayed in was renovated and cleaned every day, but I saw bugs in the shower a couple of times. The rooftop pool area is a great place to swim, chill and grab a meal or a drink. So is the front patio area. I grew found of the guard cat, that lives on the property. The biggest asset the hotel has is its staff....

"Was a very reasonably priced hotel. Very conveniently located nice size clean rooms and the pool and area was beautiful and very quiet. Staff was great and the on-site Restaurant wonderful. Would highly recommend and go again."

"Breakfast was good but 2x traveling people's with me had a Nut and sea food allergies almost everything on the breakfast menu contained nuts not good would be so easy to remove nuts from breakfast given it cost $20 per person and they had to eat somewhere else after woulds instead of enjoying breakfast with the rest of us "

"on a very busy road that you can't cross the road at all. the hotel and the rooms are very clean but the shower had draining issues. also it's a bit noisy inside the room where you can hear what's happening around you. price was amazing though."
