"まず、予約確認の時点から、とても親切に対応していただき、旅行に行くのがとても楽しみでした。 宿のロケーションは、かなり階段を登った上にあるので、楽ではありませんが、夜でも往来しやすいように、電灯や矢印が整備されていたので、よかったです。 部屋の設備も、ドライヤーや鏡が2個用意してあるなど、快適に過ごせるように整えてあり、快適に過ごすことができました。 なんと言っても、1番よかったのは、スタッフの方の対応が、最高でした。チェックインする時の、設備や周囲のとても詳しく説明してくださいました。 当日は大雨に見舞われてしまったのですが、傘を貸していただいたり、濡れた靴を乾かす用意がしてあったり、とても助かりました。 高評価されているのも納得のお宿です。"

"Modern and clean. Staff is awesome and super helpful. If you have big and heavy bags you should contact hotel staff to arrange transport for you from Taipei so the driver can communicate with hotel staff to go on the ideal route and minimize the hill and or stairs for moving the belongings. The amount for the transport is equivalent to Tripool and Uber"

"This was such a great place to stay. We had the family room for 3 adults. The view was AMAZING as was the hospitality!! It was in a fantastic location just a couple of minutes to the 7eleven and old street but so peaceful. The space was great with a huge lounge area, dining table and crockery and cutlery for self catering (we got takeout from old street vendors and had dinner in the room. The beds were all king size and really comfortable with quality linen. The whole.place was very clean!!...

"This place is stunningly beautiful - I just want to say that I did arrive early to drop my luggage and had a very strange experience with an unfriendly cleaner. But other than that incredible. If you’re dropping luggage early I would suggest just dropping in the foyer rather than going looking for staff. "
