"The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used."

"Love this hotel, I live in the area but like to get out the house every few months and enjoy the hot tub they have here. Also, the slots are great to have on the property. Bar is nice and king size bed was great. Bathroom was very clean. But unfortunately the hot breakfast is only on weekends ."

"Nice, clean hotel. Decent breakfast. I found the mattresses and pillows to be very hard and uncomfortable. Difficult to maintain a constant desirable temperature in the room - it would go from cold to hot and back to cold routinely. Housekeeping staff continued to knock on the door in the morning, even though we weren't checking out & had the "do not disturb" sign posted."

Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

"The food at Buckets was bad! The fries were constantly cold and hard and not fresh! The burger was cold! All the food tasted old and was expensive! The drinking system is such a scam! You can barely fill your cup! It's so many people in the pools the water looks yucky I didn't even want to go in! Our room was very clean but the bunk beds makes noise every time our kids moved! We had to ask for more towels and wash clothes our second night because we ran out and for toilet paper. They literally...

"Bottom sheet had 3 circle spots on it ranging from 2 and half inch down to 1inch. Informed desk and was given sheets and had to change ourselves. Shower had mold spots on soap shelf(3) and base wall had 4inches near drain wall. Was told cant do any comp because booked thru Expedia... Not happy"
