This five-guest apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower box, WC, and bidet. The apartment features two balconies, one of which offers a sea view, and air conditioning. The condominium is located approximately 50 m from the beach in the Piazza Milano area, which is rich in shops and restaurants. The building is equipped with an elevator and private parking. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °No pets allowed
