A really nice option if you have to work in the city and need a place to stay that doesn’t go over your business budget for hotels, as hotel rooms in NYC can be extremely expensive. The only issue was that the air con in the room was super loud! I ended up just turning it off, but had it been very cold or hot, it would have been annoying to listen to that while trying to sleep in the room. "

"I found the sparce decor a disadvantage to the traveler. Clothing storage was abysmal, no slip resistance mat in shower (floor tile was high polish and dangerous) and when n we got in the room one TV remote was missing and one phone was not working. For the price of the room this was very disappointing. "

"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The toilet was dirty, parts of the walls looked unfinished and not fully renovated, and the overall condition was horrible. The patio area is hard to walk on and has trash thrown everywhere. The building itself is poorly maintained and the walls are incredibly thin. Around 5:00 AM there were people partying loudly and it sounded like they were practically inside the room with us.
