"The rooms are very comfortable, but the carpets don’t feel clean. There is only 1 USB charging port. Lights are very dim with no option to increase even in the bathrooms. Elevators are broken only 2 elevators worked out of 4 with a tiny elevator lobby and a fully booked hotel. Otherwise the amenities are wonderful and the staff is superb. "

"At first glance, the neighborhood looks questionable and so you wonder about the hotel itself. Let me tell you this: Do not let the outer appearance of the neighborhood fools you because the hotel and inside of the hotel is very nice and clean! The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is only 1 block from the PATH train station (Journal Square station) which takes you easily into NYC in less than 20 min to The Rockerfeller Center and Empire State Building which is also not...
