Stay with us in this brand-new suite with private deck and high-end kitchenette. An incredible location in this historic AZ mining town is perfect for a romantic getaway or those seeking for some new adventures in this beautiful hilltop town. Enjoy your cup of coffee in a rocking chair on a large private tree-lined deck and personal fire pit. The bright, upscale and modern rustic design offers luxurious and homey feel with high-end furnishings and high thread count linens and a comfy king bed you want to dive into, stretch out on the large sofa and watch the 55" flat screen TV in bedroom/living area or enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar or dine alfresco for four on the private deck. All this makes it the perfect getaway spot. It comes equipped with large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and kitchenette set with full size refrigerator, convection oven microwave, Nespresso coffee, milk frother, toaster, rice cooker, plates, cups and utensils--great for making a quick meal or heating up leftovers from one of our great local restaurants. Note: Should you need additional space for your party, inquire about adding the upstairs two-bedroom, two-bathroom with additional upper deck and full kitchen and living area to your reservation, making the rental into a large three-bedroom, three-bathroom house with two decks! By renting this space, you acknowledge that there is not access to the main house rental and will not attempt to gain access in any way.

Our large lower deck (the top deck is reserved for the main house guests) with comfy outdoor lounge furniture is a perfect spot for snack after a hike, sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop (with our high speed wifi). Your new home-away-from-home is equipped with a smart tv offering Netflix, Disney+, Sling Live TV- lots of streaming options. A great space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings just a short walk into town to explore shops, art galleries, restaurants and wine tasting rooms.

Convenient parking is coveted in our town on a hill but that is no issue here with parking in the driveway right in front! Should you have more than one vehicle please let us know and we can inform you how to park in the front to not block the garage for the upstairs unit. Just a short decent down our stairs to access to this adorable studio suite (people with mobility issues might find renting the upstairs unit a better fit for them).

Visitors to the historical city of Jerome will appreciate this upscale private studio conveniently located a short drive to hiking trails, cafes, wine tasting rooms, famous Haunted Hamburger—this quaint town has all the charm. For those spending a full season in the area, this lock-and-leave home is a good place to use as a base for visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott and Las Vegas. Nearby freeways/highways easily take you to Phoenix, Page Springs, Cottonwood, Flagstaff and beyond!

So-so

First off, let me say that the location was great. The bed was insanely comfortable. The Nespresso was a nice touch. The view from the downstairs space is lovely, but it doesn't really compare to the upstairs unit (separate rental).Having said that, I will say that if the hosts continue to charge the amount for this unit that they do, considering there is no kitchen to speak of, I doubt that I would stay here again. Might be worth it to consider installing a kitchen sink so that renters can wash dishes?The bathroom sink handle was not working properly when we arrived. My partner managed to fix it, but it was kind of annoying (again, considering the price per night).The parking situation is not labeled very clearly once you are there. Yes, the host shared detailed instructions, but there was someone renting the upstairs unit the same night as us, and since they had more than one vehicle, they came downstairs and told us we were parked incorrectly (except we weren't). We then started getting a lot of annoying text messages from someone that was not the host, asking us about our parking. Anyway, it was weird.

The room was perfect for our overnight with an amazing porch with rocking chairs and a combination of trees providing privacy and a great view of Jerome. The bed was super comfortable and it was clean and cozy.

Small and sweet

This beautiful studio space was perfect for me and my best friend to explore Jerome. It was walking distance from the town as well as a quick drive to the top of the mountain. We were able to enjoy the patio while experiencing an amazing view.

Wonderful View

Very clean and smartly decorated! Very comfortable bed! Deck has a wonderful view of Jerome and many hummingbirds in the area! Owners are very hospitable and available for assistance. I loved it and will stay here again!

Lovely Nest

We found our accommodations easily with accurate directions. Being secluded and accessible we noticed right away the attention to detail. There were rocking chairs on the porch which was made private by old growth trees. Everything was neat and clean, and the space was large and inviting. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The bed was outfitted with luxury bedding which led us to ponder how we might duplicate the comfort at home. The added access to streaming channels was a treat. We liked that the location was a few minutes from the heart of Jerome as we have stayed closer and were up all night with the flow of traffic and celebrations. This location was a nice feature. We stayed two nights, enjoyed our coffee on the porch, and have promised we will add this place to our new most favorite. Thank you for the attention to detail.

Clean cute and quaint! The bed is amazing! Great views of the city. Close to Cottonwood and Sedona. Great space but no kitchen sink. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine! I would stay again.

Great stay for us!

My husband and I needed a place to stay while conducting business in the area and this place was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable! We were able to enjoy Jerome’s beautiful landscape and rich history! We thoroughly enjoyed our museum visit as well as a great hamburger at the Haunted Hamburger establishment! Jerome has so much to offer and the people of Jerome are quite welcoming! We can’t wait to return!

Hidden Gem in Jerome

Perfect studio. King size bed, very comfortable. Great location, 1 mile from downtown Jerome. Me and the wife also traveled to Sedona, Cottonwood, and Flagstaff. We stayed 4 days. The hosts were very accommodating. Small kitchenette, no stove or kitchen sink. Worked for us. Enjoyed sitting outside on the deck, and drinking coffee in the morning (they have a great coffee maker, nespresso and provide coffee). We also ate outside when we had takeout. Overall a wonderfull experience.

Had a very hot and humid stay,

The whole trip was flawless except that the room was somewhere between 87°plus every night I was there. Destroying my stay. I didn't sleep 2 out of 3 days I was there. Sense we stayed downstairs we never had control of our thermostate for it was upstairs. First she blamed her father for not setting the thermostate. Then it went to the other tenants above us. The 2nd day I told her that I had asthma and I couldn't sleep cause it was so hot that we were sweating and that we were. Day 3 was a lil change, she manage to tell me that she sent someone and I told she could have to come down her to no what talking about. Then she calls me and tells me that she doing that the a.c fixed but it wasn't. Even though she had came over on the 3rd day when we were gone. When we came back the room was considerably cooler by my standards. Then after a hour we can back and the air never came back on again she blamed her dad not setting the ac. Then blamed the Tennant's above sense they had the control of it. And that was the main problems as that there should of been a ac control panel downstairs. Where we would of had control of the A. C. Like if we were staying in a hotel where atleast you can have The air conditioner on all day and night if need be. If you stay there you'll understand there was no relief I shot her a screen shot of the temperature in room which was 89 degree's ever night. It was humid and only after she came over by herself when we where gone So we instead of seeing and hearing the problem. All she did is give us a bottle of wine to apologize. Which we love the gesture. But regardless I had asthma and I didn't sleep till the last of 4hours of our trip before we left. I had 3hours of the AC on properly and then it stopped. Because she blamed the Tennant's above and I'm sure it could of been but she state "the upstairs Tennant's turned it off because they were probably cold because it was it has been on and they were freezing but that's a different story to us because all they needed to do was close there vents and we would of never ask for a refund. But this went on and on for 3 days. And nothing she said had to do with what was going on Instead we were given 2 many excuses to not try to get our money back.

Highly recommend!!

This was a perfect home base while we took the Verde Canyon Railway, visited family, went sightseeing and enjoyed the local cuisine in the Verde Valley. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive on the two occasions we contacted them. All the little touches in this home were well thought out; there was not one thing that we needed and didn’t have readily available. There were even USB plugs on the nightstands! We very much appreciated all of the space in the closet as well as the two medicine cabinets in the bathroom (his & hers). The home was sparkly clean, it was newer construction, modernized, beautifully decorated, had a super comfy bed and the porch!! Wow, the porch. Such an amazing porch for having coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. The kitchenette was surprisingly functional too. It had a large fridge and a microwave/convection oven combo that worked great to reheat some leftovers from the uptown Jerome restaurant Clinkscale. There was a Nespresso coffee machine (w/ lots of coffee), ice trays, plates, utensils, wine glasses, coffee cups and even Tupperware. We will definitely rent this place again! Maybe next time we will try the larger apartment (same host) on the upstairs floor.
