"After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

"Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate."

"Place was awful. Would never stay here again and would never recommend. Our room was disgusting! The bed had fresh linens but the bathroom had abused tampon in the trash, open toothpaste on the counter, pubic hair all over the sink and shower and food all over the desk in the room."

"Property was as described, comes with all listed amenities, bed upstairs was the only room I used for my solo trip (way too big for a single person but would be amazing for a large group)! Parking was ok, just read the ok placed to park and send them your vehicle info asap. Check in was smooth, check out smoother. Only slight critique is even with the ac going at 66 degrees the upstairs felt hot still and warm, they do have a fan as an additional circulator but still was warm. Some of the towels...

"This Dowager hotel has lost her luster. She is tired and rundown. We had to ask for toilet paper during our recent stay of a week. No housekeeping. The thermostat was immovable. The decor is dated. It is in an excellent location. There is no valet parking (or at least there wasn’t when we were there. You had to park in a parking garage. Going in and out and paying each time is ridiculous for a hotel of a caliber it used to be. If location is important, this is a great hotel. If you need parking,...
