• Guest have full access to the home and property other than a locked owners/cleaners closet. Please enjoy the outdoor spaces with multiple decks, fire pit, hot tub, and boat dock.

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our lake home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

• Property is lake-front and secluded in the trees so naturally, this means there are spiders, snakes, and other critters around the property. You will see deer and other animals from time to time.

• We provide starter quantities of toiletries (including Toilet Tissue, two rolls per bathroom), so please plan to bring any additional supplies you feel you will need.

• We're located on the shores of Grand Lake in a quiet rural community. You won't hear busy highways or airlines flying overhead but you might hear the quiet ripple of the water in the deep water cove we're located in.

• Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week

• We're only about a 15 minute drive to Grove or Jay where you'll find some fun boutiques and great local restaurants.

• Parking is pretty easy at Harbor Hollow. We've got a driveway that can accommodate about 4-6 vehicles or 2 truck/trailer combos. Our driveway is a single lane circle drive. Please be conscious of our neighbors and do not block their driveways or the road.

• We have a 2 car garage that is not open for guest use. It's reserved for owner storage.
