Tucked away in the peaceful Tosalet area of Javea, this beautifully presented villa effortlessly blends traditional Spanish charm with modern convenience. Casa Violeta sleeps up to eight guests across four en-suite bedrooms — three in the main villa and a fourth in a private annex apartment, making it an ideal choice for groups or families who want both togetherness and a little independence. Two bedrooms sit on the upper floor of the main villa, one on the lower floor, and the annex provides its own self-contained retreat. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuring cool, comfortable nights throughout your stay.

The large al fresco dining area and gas BBQ are made for long, convivial evenings — fire it up, pour the wine, and let the night unfold at its own pace. The generous lawn area gives younger guests plenty of room to run, play, and make the most of the outdoor space.

Inside, the villa strikes a beautiful balance between traditional warmth and modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is well thought out for longer stays, with two refrigerators ensuring plenty of storage for fresh produce, drinks, and everything in between. Free fibre optic WiFi keeps everyone connected, and a washing machine and tumble dryer make extended stays effortlessly easy.

Free private parking is available on-site for one car, with plenty of additional parking directly on the quiet cul-de-sac — with no through traffic, arrivals and departures are always relaxed and easy.

A Location You’ll Love

Tosalet is one of Javea’s most tranquil and sought-after residential areas — close enough to everything, yet wonderfully removed from the crowds. Portichol La Barracca Beach, a stunning unspoiled cove, is around 10 minutes by car. The lively Javea Arenal Beach, with its golden sands, promenade restaurants, bars, and chiringuitos, is just 7–12 minutes away. On summer evenings, the Arenal comes alive with craft stalls, live music, and a vibrant holiday buzz.

Javea town itself — with its 16th-century church, weekly Thursday market, and charming narrow streets — is also around 10 minutes away and well worth an afternoon’s exploration. And Denia, just a short drive north, offers miles of sandy beaches and daily ferry crossings to the Balearic Islands.

Golf Nearby

Casa Violeta is a great base for golfers. La Sella Golf Club, approximately 18 km from the villa, offers an Olazabal-designed 27-hole course near the village of Jesús Pobre, with a driving range, restaurant, and pool. Javea Golf Club is also easily accessible, and the Seve Ballesteros-designed Oliva Nova Golf Club is within a 40-minute drive north. We’re happy to help with tee-time bookings.
