Ozark Vista Retreat - A one bedroom, pet friendly space with a fantastic view!

Escape to tranquility in this beautifully designed contemporary home, perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking views of the Ozarks only one mile off of Scenic Hwy 7 in the iconic Scenic Point area. This peaceful vacation rental is your ideal getaway, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. This home is ideal for couples with pets! As you enter the home you are greeted with an open-concept living space bathed in natural light, featuring sleek furnishings and modern décor. The living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploration, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. The spacious bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed and large walk in closet to store all of your extras out of sight. The large bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower and double back light vanities. Getting ready for your day is a breeze. Ozark Vista is the perfect couples stay while you enjoy the Jasper and Buffalo River area.

Guests Access:

Guests are permitted to utilize all flat, green spaces within the property!

To the East, the property line runs close to the greenhouse. To the west, the property line is parallel to the neighbor's house/storage container.

Please be cautious of the hill beyond the mowed area with the view. It is extremely steep! Do not attempt to hike down it.

The greenhouse will be locked, but you are more than welcome to walk around the surrounding area!

Guests do not have access to the adjacent garage (private storage). Please avoid directly blocking the garage entrance, but feel free to park anywhere within the wide gravel space!

(As I do landscape work for the property, I have access to the garage. I try to mow when there are no guests present. However, due to high turn-over and rain, sometimes mowing [in the afternoons] is unavoidable. I will do my best to respect your space!)

Other Details:

- There is currently construction taking place on an adjacent property. The workers have been respectful of our guests and wrap up work before dusk. Thank you for your patience as this neighboring project progresses!

- Firewood and charcoal for the small grill are not provided but can be purchased at the local Harps, nearby gas stations, or the self-serve firewood station near the square.

- After turning off HWY 7, please use caution with low clearance vehicles on the gravel road leading to the property. (4WD is not required).

- Newton County is a dry county. The nearest liquor store, Wow Liquor Store, is 12.3 miles away (a 30 min drive). We suggest stopping at Wow or in-town at Harrison before arriving at your destination.

- Please be sure to follow all fire restriction guidelines, including potential fire bans!

- Always respect wildlife and be bear aware! (This rule is especially important for pet owners!)

- As our property is located in a rural area, you may occasionally encounter insects. Although we thoroughly clean the home, ladybugs can find their way indoors during the fall and spring, and you may occasionally spot a millipede. These are common occurrences in the countryside, and we appreciate your understanding!
