"Sicuramente la gentilezza del personale fa la differenza, ma a mio parere andrebbe curata di più la manutenzione. Per essere un boutique hotel si notano, senza nemmeno troppo sforzo e attenzione dei lavori di ristrutturazione lasciati un po' a metà. Nel complesso la camera è piacevole anche se non molto spaziosa per essere una camera deluxe con balcone. La colazione non è molto varia in una settimana sono state riproposte sempre le stesse cose, praticamente assente il dolce."

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

"Nice staff. Continental breakfast was not to my liking but would be for most people. Had a varied choice though. I was in the grande suite and the noise levels were unbearable. Constant beeping if cars and could hear the bars. Did not sleep much. I only mentioned this to the manager on checking out as thought there was no point in complaining as they only had one grand suite which I’d pay for. Would not stay here again. Room was nice. "Location great and clean with nice decor with beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant, however, mattress had what felt like a sink hole and you had to refill your own water carraffe every day and half the time the towels/facecloths were not provided after the room was made up. "Good location close to city centre and attractions, easy to find despite other reviews saying it wasn't. Church Bells in the morning were annoying as they woke you up. Building work going on in adjacent hotels, were as they started on some days at 06:30. Room was spacious, facilities ie kitchen was good, lighting could have been better. Balcony was unusable due to dust and and on going work. Overall staff friendly and helpful, had an issue with the shower that was resolved same day. Nice touch...

"From the time we arrived our experience was perfect! The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately forgot his name) was so welcoming and respectful! The lower level spa pool was such a special experience and the rooftop & pool was perfect as well. Located on a very quiet street in Valetta it was close to the main gate of Valetta, the Co-Cathedral and so many special places in Valetta. Although we stayed here for only one night (our first night in Malta it was special and unforgettable!"
