"For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. "We wanted a relaxing and peaceful holiday with a pool and view and good service. This hotel didn’t disappoint us. There are only six rooms so the service was personal and exceptional. The hotel is located at the quieter end of the Hikkadawa stretch of beach which suited us. The livelier bars and hotels were only a short walk away too. There are buses every five minutes just outside that took us to the Tsunami museum one day and Galle Fort another for about 50p each, each way. Great fun and...

"Das kleine sehr nette Hotel hat eine wirklich super Lage direkt am Meer und zusätzlich noch einen Pool direkt am Meer. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und das Essen ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles was man braucht, Lokale und Geschäfte. Wir können das Neevana unbedingt empfehlen."

Close to the city center with bus/train stations, banks/ATMs. Turtle beach also very close, we can feed the friendly sea turtles and take photos. Kids friendly beach area.
