Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place."

"Zum ersten Mal in Südafrika. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das äußert freundliche Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und 2 schöne Zimmer zugeteilt mit denen wir sehr zufrieden waren. Das Bad geräumig, das Zimmer groß und mit einem schönen Balkon, bzw. Im Erdgeschoss mit einer Terrasse ausgestattet. Das Ambiente im öffentlichen Bereich ist künstlerisch gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein kostenloser Shuttle Service brachte uns zum nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum. Eine schöne Erfahrung...
