"The Hotel has impressive service. During our stay in Mangalore, there was a curfew imposed in the city. All restaurants and transport options were shut down. However, the hotel went out of it’s way to help customers. The Hotel owner personally dropped guests to nearest railway station in his car as no taxis or rental cars were willing to ply. The hotel has earned my loyalty for life when I visit Mangalore."

"This property owner told that he will not give the room even though it was confirmed via expedia. He said i don't care if its booked via Expedia. He forced me to pay the full amount 2 days before the booking and only then he told its confirmed. Area behind the hotel is scary with worst crowd"

"Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if...
