Let your adventure begin with Lake Cumberland Vacation Rentals newest addition! Fully renovated in 2022 & 2023! Year round lake views, overlooking the Jamestown Resort & Marina/Safe Harbor. It sits on 3 acres with mature trees, large private drive with plenty of parking for all your vehicles, boats, waverunners, etc.. There are two decks, with amazing views of the lake, jamestown marina, wildlife and more.. It also has wooden steps that lead down toward the waters edge of Lake Cumberland. You can see the lake as you pull down the large private gravel drive but wait until you see the view when you enter the front door! We love the open floor plan and the two decks that are overlooking the lake/marina on both levels! The living room, kitchen and dinning room are all located on the main floor along with a half bath. There are steps going down to the lower level where all three of the bedrooms are located along with a large full bathroom with double sinks. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. There are smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as the living room.

Overall we had an incredible stay. The location is gorgeous, views are awesome, master bed was incredibly comfortable. They provided some nice touches that we appreciated, like pods for the keurig, multiple types of hand soaps, plenty of towels. The only reason I am not giving this property five stars is because we noticed a few little cleaning touches that were missed, including old beer cans on the back deck and what appeared to be some dead bugs in the bathroom light. I think these could be easily remedied and should not really hinder anyone from staying at this location. Check in was seamless and the property was incredibly easy to access. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again

The view from the lakehouse provides unobstructed views of the dual marinas. The owner takes great care in the property which is well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed dinners at the table top fire pit is very enjoyable on the main deck. The lower level deck is very large and accessible from the bedrooms and outside steps. The Weber gas grill easy to operate and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I can’t stress enough how BEAUTIFUL the view is from both inside(huge windows) and outside(2 levels of deck viewing & seating)! Wonderfully decorated, and super comfy furnishings. Definitely recommend, and will be back!

words cannot describe how amazing this property was. we walked into the home greeted by soft music playing on alexa, snacks for both kids and adults on the counter. this home is everything you want and need for a vacation spot. the home/decor was beautiful, the views from both level balconies were breathtaking. lets not forget the beds! we had multiple people in our group mention how they had the best sleep they can remember just from the mattresses alone.

This was our family's first time visiting Lake Cumberland and Jared's property made it even more perfect for us. The property had every amenity needed & then some. Each room is beautiful decorated and well-thought of on maximizing the space. We had 4 adults, 3 children and 1 infant which we had plenty of space for. The view of the Jamestown Marina was amazing and the staircase walking to the lakefront will be perfect once construction is finalized. This will be our new go-to spot as we make Lake Cumberland an annual trip with our friends. Thanks Jared for a wonderful stay & experience!

This home was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing. The views are amazing, and it is clear that the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the house is clean and has everything you need during your stay. Parking with a boat is convenient and easy. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Wanted a lake house with a view to relax for a couple evenings. This house was immaculate and had the most beautiful decor. Lots of kitchen appliances/utensils to use, large tv’s, and the firepit was an added bonus.

I have zero complaints about the property. Plenty of room to park boats/trailers and multiple vehicles. Nice and quiet spot with a decent view of the lake from both balconies. Was very clean and comfortable living and sleeping space. Wish we could have stayed several more days. Would stay again.
