"Rooms were too small for two people to walk around in - both the bedroom and bathroom spaces. During check in, asked to provide deposit, but the guest must retain a copy of the paper receipt in order to get deposit back. I have not had this experience in any hotel - is this a scam? Pool filter not working - water wasn’t clean. No refrigerator and no food on site, which to me doesn’t make any sense."
