This exclusive enclave of 114 Luxury condominium residences is conveniently located in the entrance of the resort, walking distance from the Beach Club, Marina Village and Marriott Hotel. Del Mar 3E sits directly on the fairway overlooking the 16th green with views of the Pacific Ocean, The Marina and into the rainforest. The Veranda residences are designed in a Spanish - tropical style with a principal terrace as the focal point for relaxation and entertainment. Sliding glass doors transition from the great room to the terrace while the fully equipped kitchen features a pass through window onto a built in tiled terrace bar. Perfect Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay so much the kids want to move here! Norman was the absolute best! He was very informative and involved from days leading up to our arrival and thru out the trip to make sure we were good! Made us feel right at home and gave us amazing and perfect recommendations. REALLY ENJOYABLE STAY

The condo was great. Top floor. Amazing view. Clean. Well equipped. We literally had everything we needed. The owner Norman was on point with communication. Answered questions quickly and ensured that our access to the condo and resort was trouble free. The complex is gated with a security person controlling entry. We felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time

We had a wonderful time at Norman’s condo. We absolutely loved the location, beach club and Los Sueños resort. There was tons to do close to condo. I was traveling with my husband and 3 daughters. Everyone had their own space and having laundry in the condo was so helpful. Norman was a wonderful communicator and gave great recommendations.

Wonderful family trip!

Los Suenos

Great stay at Norman’s rental. He was excellent with the communication. The property has a great view, you can hear the ocean in the distance and plenty of birds flying around. Super close to Herradura and the marina.

Amazing first VRBO experience!

The condo was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and the grounds were immaculate. Norman was super responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Excellent vacation!

My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this property. It was right inside the entrance to Los Suenos and a very short drive to the beach club, several restaurants and the marina. We saw monkeys, a sloth and scarlet macaws right on property. The pools were pristine and the view from this condo is extraordinary. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Best place in los suenos!

We loved the place from the moment we walked it. Well maintained, very clean and quiet! The view was amazing and the sunsets are a must see. The host was outstanding! Excellent communication, clear and transparent. The complex was impeccable. We would definitely be recommending this place to other friends and family.

Perfect Stay for Us

We loved the condo in Herradura. Norman was available to call and help us through a minor suitcase lock emergency. Everything was quite clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to run a few loads. Each morning, we sat on the balcony to enjoy our coffee, tea, and gorgeous view of the bay. Having the pass for the Beach Club was wonderful. We would love to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect rental with pain-free process with an unbelievable host. The condo is simple and clean, with amazing views and a great location. Norman could not have been more accomodating. Would highly recommend the property.
