Room was very dirty, but I have to say that the staff was great at reception. The guy was so kind and he changed my room at the right moment I complained. I was in hurry when I made my check in and I had to shower anyway, no time for complaining, so I was really disgusted to the dirty floor and bed sheets. I traveled from Orlando, all I want to have on that moment was a good bed and a good shower and I didn’t find it at the moment. After dinner, I requested to room change and, as I said, he found a new room and it was cleaned.
Thank you very much for hearing your guests, I don’t want a free room or a free trip, the thing is the Wyndham in Brazil is a very good hotel label and I thought it would be the same here in US. Anyway, thank you so much for your interesting they are just needing an emphatic training. “ how would I like to be treated if I was the guest”
