Steps away from the ocean

New Listing! This is a wonderful condo across the street from the ocean. Short walk to the beach! We have a pool you can drive to for your use just outside the gates.
This condo sleeps 4 people comfortable. Newer stainless steel appliances in kitchen and recently newly stocked with all the essentials. Coffee and Tea service provided. Rear patio with seating for your morning coffee. Washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room.
Sheet, towels, shampoo, soap, stocked kitchen, beach chairs provided.
Great for families, couples, groups and business travelers. Home is cleaned and disinfected with CDC approved products.
No amenities overlooked including Wi-Fi, Cable TV with over 100 channels, We are very close to St Augustine. Plenty of local restaurants in Ponte Vedra. We are in the Gated section of the Beach villas. We are on the second floor walk up of the Villas.
We have complete contactless check-in.
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

We were informed that there was external construction on the unit, which seemed fine. But when we arrived the balcony was covered and inaccessible with thick sheets of opaque plastic covering the slider (the only window) so it was dark and we couldn’t see out. Contacted Owner and was offered refund but can’t find where this refund has been made. We left immediately and did not stay there.

The property was good, however there were only 2 coffee cups, microwave was difficult to operate. Could not cook our pizza.Rocu TV was disappointing. One of the lights in the bathroom was out and shower light strobed.Beds were very comfortable

Lovely spot

We loved the location and ease of everything during our stay. Very cute and cozy. Would love to stay here again. Only thing I’d change is that I thought it had a bedroom with two beds and a living room so as a one bedroom vs a studio layout. Regardless, it was so perfect for our time there and I loved it!

Great location near the beach

We enjoyed staying a short walk from the gorgeous beach! The condo was small (it’s a studio) but it served our needs well. We also enjoyed spending time on the screened in balcony. My only complaint was that the floor was not clean. I walked on it barefoot and it had not been swept, and I couldn’t find a broom to sweep it myself.

The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced.
